Termination

We can end your account without warning for any reason, especially if you break the rules.

Once your account ends, you lose access immediately. Some sections of this agreement—like ownership, warranty limits, and liability—stick around even after.

You can also close your own account through your settings or by contacting support.

Disclaimer

The services are provided as-is, with no guarantees. We don't promise they'll work perfectly or fit your needs.

Interruptions or errors might happen. Fixes aren't guaranteed.

Technical issues can include:

• Security problems
• Performance hiccups

There could be viruses or malware. You use everything at your own risk.

No guarantees about:

• Information accuracy
• Feature reliability
• Data correctness

Results will vary. We can't promise specific outcomes or benefits for anyone.

Limitation of Liability

Tawkly limits its liability for any damages you might face. We won't pay for indirect damages like lost profits or data.

Not covered:

• Lost profits
• Lost goodwill
• Lost use of services
• Lost data
• Other intangible losses

These limits apply even if you can't access the services. Our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents get the same protection.

Total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last six months—or $100, whichever is higher.

This limit covers all types of damages and claims, as far as the law allows.

Indemnification

You agree to protect Tawkly from legal trouble caused by your actions. That includes covering legal fees if someone sues us because of what you did.

You're responsible for:

• Costs from violating others' rights

This protection covers our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents. You'll pay reasonable attorney fees and expenses if your actions cause problems.

Severability
